ING simplifies access to benefits for Orange Everyday and Orange One customers

ING Australia is making it easier for customers to enjoy the benefits of its Orange Everyday and Orange One products by removing eligibility criteria previously required to access its utility bill cashback offer.

Customers will also automatically enjoy no ING international transaction fees and ING international ATM withdrawal fees.

From 15 October, all ING Orange Everyday and Orange One customers will enjoy:

  1. 1% cashback on eligible utility bill payments made from their Orange Everyday account, up to $100 per financial year (T&Cs apply)
  2. No ING international transaction fees
  3. No ING International ATM withdrawal fees

ING will continue to charge no fees for ATM withdrawals in Australia (excluding Orange One cash advance fees); however, third party operator fees will no longer be rebated.

ING is making these changes to ensure more Australians can enjoy simple, rewarding banking without the need to meet monthly conditions.

ING’s Head of Consumer and Market Insights, Matt Bowen, said:

“We’re always looking for ways to make banking easier and more rewarding for our customers. By removing fees and monthly criteria, we’re giving more people access to benefits that help with everyday costs, especially at a time when managing household expenses is more important than ever.

“Combined with our ING Pocket Perks program, which gives customers access to cashback offers from a wide range of participating merchants, these changes reflect our commitment to delivering real value to Aussies.”
