ING DIRECT has been voted the Best Bank in Australia in the annual Mozo People’s Choice Awards.
The awards, voted by 35,000 Australians, recognise service and trust in the banking industry.
ING DIRECT’s Orange Everyday was voted the Best Bank Account while the Savings Maximiser was voted the best Savings Account.
ING DIRECT’s CEO Vaughn Richtor said, “We are particularly proud to be recognised by customers as we are focused on helping our customers get ahead in life and business.”
The Mozo People’s Choice Awards asks Australians to rate their banking provider on overall satisfaction, price, features, customer service, convenience and trust.
