30 March 2017: ING is urging any customers impacted by Cyclone Debbie in North Queensland to contact its Customer Care team regarding financial assistance options.

Available assistance may include:

  • Priority and expedited transfer of funds
  • Waiving break costs for withdrawing term deposits early
  • Suspending home loan repayments
  • Waiving fixed home loan break costs
